Oil Boilers
Oil Boiler Upgrade A Rated Condensing
The Sustainable Energy Association of Ireland (SEAI) recommends that you should replace or upgrade your oil boiler if it is more than 15 years old. Even if there are no apparent problems, it’s unlikely to be running above 70% efficiency (new oil boilers are more than 90%) and reliability is likely to be an issue.
- Help it run more efficiently, reducing your heating costs
- Reduce your heating costs by up to 33%
- Improve reliability and safety
- Improve your Building Energy Rating (BER)
- Stocking many brands of boilers, Warmflow, Firebird, Grant, Ferrolli and Veissmann among others.
Design & Technology
At Viessmann, we pride ourselves on designing and manufacturing futureproof and efficient oil central heating solutions for all requirements. Our comprehensive range of oil fired central heating boilers successfully overcomes the most diverse challenges facing this area of heating technology by offering innovative solutions. They are used in a wide range of applications, from historical listed buildings and highly productive industrial complexes to the large scale residential and commercial arena.
Our oil boilers are built to last and boast a range of cutting-edge features. For example, they benefit from a highly robust Inox-Crossal heat exchanger made from stainless steel that provides the ideal conditions for utilising condensing technology. Our Vitocrossal 300 oil boiler comes with a factory-fitted MatriX radiant burner or is prepared for fitting ELCO or Weishaupt pressure-jet gas. The convenient and easy to use Vitotronic control unit also ensures quick and straightforward commissioning, maintenance and operation.
Oil condensing boilers equipped for the future
The stainless steel Inox-Radial heat exchangers fitted in our boilers extract almost all of the heat present in the flue gases, converting it into additional heating energy for you to use.
This increases the efficiency of your heating system, bringing your bills down and reducing the impact on the environment.
Future-proof heating technology saves resources
With an oil heating system from Viessmann, you will continue to be at the cutting edge of technology.
These oil boilers are already prepared for a change from exclusively fossil oil to heating oil with a proportion of bio oil, and can therefore also be operated with regenerative energy sources. In this way, you actively contribute to environmental protection and also keep heating costs low.
In turn, this can help you to make a long-term final switch to regenerative fuels, such as the use of environmental heat with a heat pump or biomass with a solid fuel boiler, step by step.
VITORONDENS 200-T
Cast iron oil condensing boiler
Our modern oil condensing boilers are efficient and economical. In fact, they have an unbeaten high efficiency of 98 per cent relative to the gross calorific value. Floorstanding cast iron oil condensing boiler with compact dimensions and an attractive price/performance ratio. Ideal for modernisation.
The Vitorondens 200-T is a floorstanding cast iron oil condensing boiler with an attractive price/performance ratio. The dimensions of the cast iron boiler are impressively compact and it is particularly suitable for modernisation projects. This is because it is particularly easy to install thanks to its individual components (with Vitorondens 200-T from 67.6 to 107.3 kW).
For models up to 53.7 kW, the thermal insulation and control unit are pre-assembled, thus saving time during installation. DHW cylinders from Viessmann’s comprehensive range are available for the Vitorondens 200-T.
Rated heating output: 20.2 to 107.3 kW
Standard seasonal efficiency [to DIN]: up to 97 % (Hs) [gross cv]
Energy efficiency class A
The simple answer is Yes, as you do not have to worry about leaks in old pipes, loss of efficiency and reassurance that you are getting value for your hard-earned money on your heating costs. You cannot put a price on the comfort you will feel from a Green Energy Homes Heating Upgrade.
The new A rated Condensing Oil boilers only run on kerosene.
You cannot use Diesel oil with the new A rated condensing Oil boilers, only kerosene.
Contact your fuel provider and ask them to drain the tank. Most providers will do this for a charge, they then offset any credit against the kerosene delivery.
No, you do not.
We would normally complete the installation within 1 day, sometimes 2 days depending on the size of the system.
I want to proceed what is my next step?
You have made the right decision choosing Green Energy Homes. We will help you on your renewable energy upgrade journey. We just need your Eircode or the GPS coordinates, if you do not have one. We can usually confirm a price; fill in the form and we will do the rest!
You may need to take a call from our team to answer a few questions.
Just before installation we will schedule and complete a technical & safety survey of your property to plan the most efficient installation of your new Oil Boiler.
